在食品、飲料、制藥等行業(yè)中，要求對(duì)一些包裝完畢的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行水浴滅菌。被包裝好的產(chǎn)品放在可調(diào)速的不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶上，在傳送帶的作用下按序進(jìn)入滅菌箱體內(nèi)，經(jīng)由“高溫水為介質(zhì)”殺菌后，再由傳送帶帶入冷卻箱體內(nèi)均勻冷卻，從而達(dá)到產(chǎn)品殺菌要求。該系列設(shè)備連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，已滅菌的包裝產(chǎn)品被源源不斷送入下一生產(chǎn)工序。本流水線工作流程為：殺菌-冷卻-風(fēng)干,可配備殺菌曲線記錄儀監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)過程,達(dá)到自動(dòng)高效,安全衛(wèi)生的生產(chǎn)目的。輸送機(jī)、殺菌機(jī)、冷卻機(jī)和風(fēng)(烘）干機(jī)整個(gè)流程連續(xù)運(yùn)行，自動(dòng)控制。
